Special note: If the climatic conditions are very hot and dry (approx. 40 °C and relative humidity approx. 50%), reduce the consumption to a maximum of 0.5 kg/m2/coat to avoid premature skin curing, or apply when the temperature is below 35°C

First coat can be applied immediately after the primer become tacky free. Allow minimum 4 - 5 hours (at +25 °C) between the first coat and second coats.

Sikalastic®-110 should be allowed to cure for min. 48 - 72 hours (at +25 °C) prior to overlaying with screed.

Before ponding test (if required), allow Sikalastic®-110 to cure at least 5 - 7 days (at +25 °C).

The concrete must be dry, structurally sound, laitance free, clean and free from dirt, oil, grease or other contaminants and loose or friable particles. The substrate must be sound and of sufficient strength. If in doubt, apply a test area first.

Weak concrete must be removed and surface defects such as blowholes and voids must be fully exposed. All dust, loose and friable material must be completely removed from all surface before application of the product, preferably by brush and/or vacuum.

The substrate should be without rising moisture and free of surface water and leaks. 

Prior to application stir Sikalastic®-110 thoroughly in order to achieve a homogeneous mix

Sikalastic®-110 is applied using brush, roller or by spray.

Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened and/or cured material can only be mechanically removed.
