Prior to mixing stir part A mechanically. When all of part B has been added to part A, continuously mix for minimum 3 minutes until a uniform mix has been achieved. To ensure thorough mixing, pour materials into another container and mix again to achieve a consistent mix. Over mixing must be avoided to minimize air entrapment.
Sikafloor®-2530 W must be mechanically mixed using an electric power stirrer (maximum 500 rpm) or other suitable equipment. Mixing time is minimum 3 minutes but it may take longer until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
APPLICATION
In order to achieve a uniform wetting of the substrate, apply material by means of brush, distemper brush or roller. Irregular spreading of material and layer thickness may cause differences in the degree of gloss. During application and curing adequate ventilation must be provided, especially at temperatures below +13 °C, in order to prevent curing and drying malfunctions.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
Clean the application tools after use with soap water in order to remove remnants of resin and rinse again with clean water.CLEANING
After thorough cleaning and grinding/sanding Sikafloor®-2530 W can be overworked with itself.
